What is the return policy if I order the wrong system?

If you order the wrong Back Jack or simply cannot fit it, don’t worry, we will refund in full. Plus, we will pay the return shipping. That is how confident we are in the Black Jack Trailer Jack.

What is the return policy if I order the wrong part?

Parts can be returned for credit within 30 days of original purchase subject to inspection. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

What is the warranty policy on replacement parts?

Replacement parts are warranted under the same terms as the Black Jack.

What is the warranty on Black Jack Trailer Jacks?

All Black Jack Trailer Jacks will come with a three year (3 years) warranty from the date of purchase. If the Black Jack fails due to any manufacturing defect we will replace, no questions asked. So you can buy with confidence.
