Currently we only ship internationally to New Zealand. We are happy to provide a personalised quote directly from Pack & Send.
Black Jack Trailer Jack products: If you have ordered the wrong Black Jack Trailer Jack or cannot fit it, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of placing your order/receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
All other products and parts: If you have ordered the wrong product or part, you can return it for a credit within 30 days of purchase (subject to inspection). You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer returns, refunds or credits for change of mind.
All Black Jack products (including the trailer jack, spare parts and accessories) come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the Black Jack Trailer Jack fails due to an internal mechanical manufacturing defect, we will replace it – no questions asked.
